1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VideoToReals ("Service"), accessible at https://creo-bot.online, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VideoToReals is a web-based tool that enables automated publishing of short-form video content to TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram via their official APIs. The Service allows users to connect their social media accounts and schedule or publish videos across multiple platforms simultaneously.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account and connect your social media accounts via OAuth authorization. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and platform policies

    • 5. Acceptable Use

    You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

  • Publish content that violates TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram community guidelines
  • Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
  • Publish sexual, intimate, or pornographic content of any kind
  • Publish deepfakes or AI-generated images/videos depicting real people without their explicit consent
  • Publish any content involving minors in a sexual or exploitative context
  • Use the Service for AI NCII (AI-generated Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery) or any non-consensual content
  • Publish content that harasses, threatens, or demeans individuals

    • 5a. Content Moderation and Abuse

    VideoToReals does not generate or modify video content. Vizard.ai is used solely to cut user-owned long videos into short clips — no AI image generation or face manipulation is performed.

    Accounts found in violation of these Terms will be suspended or permanently banned. We reserve the right to remove any content and report violations to relevant authorities.

    6. Content Ownership

    You retain full ownership of all video content you publish through the Service. By using the Service, you grant VideoToReals a limited, non-exclusive license to transmit your content to the respective social media platforms on your behalf.

    7. Third-Party Platforms

    The Service integrates with TikTok, YouTube (Google), and Instagram (Meta) via their official APIs. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective Terms of Service and Community Guidelines:

    • VideoToReals is not responsible for any changes to these platforms' APIs, policies, or availability.

    We strive to maintain the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VideoToReals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

    10. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

    11. Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or the Service.

    12. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
